      It's a compatibility patch for players that have Elsweyr Imports and Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.

      Thanks for the response, but what does the "Patch" actually do between the two?
      
      No - not trying to be a P.I.T.A. ... but it would be helpful if the description explains - What it does? Why?
      
      Patch usually means / implies an 'issue'.

      It is right in the description:
      
      Anyways this returns Hearthfire objects to Khajits and also removes the Belathor Investment bug that is attached to Khajit caravans but removed by USSEP.
