Makes Night Eye for vampires, werewolves and khajiit a toggle.

I have been searching for a mod that simply turned Night Eye into a toggle for Vampires, Werewolves and Khajiit but failed to find one, either because they did not include all three or included a lot of other stuff that in my setup was covered by other mods.
This is a very simple espfe plugin that changes the duration of the three night eye powers to 0, thus making them permanent until they are toggled off.
Recommended Mods:
Night Eye Spell: simple mod that adds night eye spell tomes without touching anything else. Timed ones, of course. Good for integrating in a setup with mods that already add Night Eye Potions or Enchantments. Or if you do not want to install a bigger spell pack that maybe contains duplicates of your preferred spell pack.
