Exact weather changes:

Clear Skies: Drizzle

Cloudy Skies: Stormy rain with thunder sounds.

Fog: Drizzle

Stormy Rain: Not changed from Vanilla.

Frostfall users: This mod does work in combination so be prepaired when wandering snowy areas.

Disclaimer: I still have to figure out the clouds to give it that 100% immersive feel. (This mod is not perfect.)
