About this mod
Bliksem is a bound weapon with a unique appearance and unique properties. Also adds a relatively simple follower who also has the spell. No other mods/files required.

For my new playthrough I wanted to use a summonable weapon. However, I think the vanilla bound weapons are a bit dull. So I decided to make my own, for which I used the model of the Orcish sword as it feels a bit more primal. I gave it an extra kick by giving it mild but noticable shock damage. Also when summoning the sword, the default unsheath sound effect is replaced by a thunderous boom to accompany the electric theme. I upped the damage a bit to balance it with the inability to sharpen it at a grindstone, so make sure you get all the relevant perks for max efficiency. To prevent overpowering, the spell is limited to the right hand (also because I couldn't fix the crash when I tried to implement it for left hand, oops)
To have such an interesting spell also visible in use by an NPC is the reason for the optional follower. A relatively simple NPC in the shape of a character type you don't see as a follower in vanilla Skyrim, an orc wise woman. Ghoshi offers conjuration training and sells alchemical ingredients should you need them. In her right hand she has Bliksem, in the left several more usefull spells. Along with the spell tome to learn the spell, she can be found on a small island east of Ivarstead. It's recognisable by a big statue carved out of stone, called Aephethos' Rest.
