Adds damage reduction and stagger reduction to dragons. Compatible with any other dragon adjustment or overhauls.

Adjusts dragons survivability a bit every ten levels at levels 11, 21, 31....91 to make them more challenging without making them even more deadly.
This is intended as an addition to overhauls or mods like Diverse Dragons, showing how good dragon scales actually are at protecting dragons without making dragons impossible to kill.
Adjustments:
Additionally all dragons have a chance to have a 20% resistance to physical, fire, frost and/or shock damage since version 1.1.0.

- Incoming Stagger -1%
- Armor Rating +10
- Enemy Critical Hitchance -1%
- Incoming Spell Magnitude -1%
- Target Stagger +1%
- Incoming Damage -1%
