For making her a follower,you need LazyFollowers mod
LazyFollowers at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
Follow its instructions for full setup
Simple steps here:
1.After making Katra as preset,give finish,then open console and give skee preset-save Katra
2.Go to MCM,click LazyFollowers,give name,then select preset Katra.jslot,then apply and summon
