A simple compatibility patch for JK's Silver-Blood Inn and Distinct Interiors

A simple patch which allows you to use JK's Silver-Blood Inn with Distinct Interiors, by disabling and placement corrections of some objects. Also, the navigation mesh was adjusted to cover all changes in interior. All files are ESL-flagged.

Additional notes
- I strongly advice using mnikjom's Distinct Interiors - it has a bunch of fixes and corrections.
- Installing on existing save should be safe, but you can occur some floating/misplaced objects. New game is recommended.
