Just updating here to say thank you to everyone for the ongoing supprt and interest in this. As much I would love to oblige and spend another 6 months creating every patch and iteration people want, I have too much else on at present so will not be working on this.
For any alternate version / new patch I suggest using the replacer version here to change all vanilla meshes to match the BURP'D series. I believe Mysticism has updated and chamged refid's which causes the ctd on newest version. Same recommendation to use the replacer and NOT the Mysticism patch
Firstly, thank you everyone for the resounding support on this!
1.0 is now released with the following features:
FOMOD installer with all options included
BURP or BRP option allowing you choose if you want the magic school & spell alignment or not.
Many new patches not previously released (see mod description for full list)
Alternate texture set (ONLY for BURP Lite) from Kreiyu. See images for examples
I will also happily support language conversions, integration into new & in-development mods, and welcome constructive feedback and suggestions. These are far from my own ideal finished product, but I lack the skills in nif editing (and the time to learn them) in order to make what I really wanted these to be. If anyone is interested in learning more with view to collaboration then please drop me a line!
Finally please take the time to endorse if you feel the mod is worth it as it all helps keep it visible so others don't miss it :)
Anyone else running into a problem where even when BRP is selected over BURP, the elemental cloak spells still turn into alteration spells? All the other spells seem to be fine except these.
Looks like one of the patches from the main mod doesn't have the change if you are just running the aesthetic changes. If you have the mysticism patch, just put that under all the other patches and it should solve everything. If not you will have to check which one of the patches isn't carrying the changes over (mine was the immersive sounds compendium patch)
