This is an SE upload of my Witcher Samurai Hat.
Hat and halo can be crafted with the daedric smithing perk at any forge.

Update: Finally figured out how to make a rotating halo! It's a separate item packed into the no halo Witcher hat option.
Thank you to the brilliant JS Ioun Stones mod for the inspiration.
You will need to download and install the no halo hat first and then the Ice Halo.
Comes in ENB and no ENB light options. only download and install one.
It uses the #55 slot and will conflict with other mods that use the same.
Update: Uploaded optional version with out the halo.
A hat I made a few years back for Witcher 3, but gave up cause modding that game is a huge pain lol. So now you can enjoy cosplaying as a samurai Witcher in Skyrim.
It is technically a circlet so it can be worn with hair and hoods.
Altered some NIF settings and added a custom cubemap to make the textures look better. Textures are 2K.

Oh, and if anyone has the know how or can point me to a guide, I would love to get the ice halo to rotate around the brim if I can. Just haven't been able to figure it out yet.
