a couple of stat changes for 4thUnknown's Dust Adept Armor

this mod is outdated, use this one instead:

only leaving it up in case someone wants it for some unknown reason but the mod above does everything this one does plus a couple more fixes
basically changes are:
-armor stats are identical to vanilla chitin light armor
-now temperable with chitin plates
-benefits from elven smithing perk
-helmet should show up on beast races now
4thunknown's dust adept armor is a hard requirement, load this plugin after his
(esl flagged I THINK but let me know if i screwed it up) (i mean i flagged it as esl in xedit but file extension is still esp? mod manager says its light so whatever right?)
lmk if anything doesn't work and ill fix it
also sorry i didn't edit the plugin itself i kinda goofed when i opened it in creation kit. its esl though so i can't be bothered to fix it
ALL CREDIT GOES TO 4THUNKNOWN, HIS STUFF IS COOL AND YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT
FIX 1.1
-helm works properly on khajiits and argonians -- no more elven helmet clipping through. shoulda tested that to make sure before lol
-helm works properly on orcs as well -- didn't notice the orc race was uncheckboxed
-you can now wear circlets with helm and they won't show up on your character model so no clipping
ALTERNATE FILE 1.1
-turns the armor into clothing for pure mages
FIX 1.2
-enchanted armor now properly shows helmet and uses proper armor values. whoops
-changed the enchantment on the gloves and chest to benefit alteration and conjuration, respectively (as suggested by MazAZo9)
-also updated the cloth version as well and removed records for tempering the cloth armor
should still be ESL after the update, please let me know if i somehow borked it (very possible). i didn't have to re-format the formIDs in xedit so hopefully it's safe to just replace the old file with the 1.1 file (worked for me)
