Patches the enchanter table with Rudy candles done by Khamee and adds in the smoke nodes from Smoking Torches and Candles.

This is only the meshes so textures from Enchanting Stations Candles are needed. While working on this I also fixed the clipping that has been a long standing issue with the enchanter.
Required Files
Install Smoking Torches and Candles, these meshes were built using the subtle version of the smoke candles.
Both versions of Enchanting Stations Candles are covered so pick the one you are using.
