Changes top tier of enchanting tree to allow up to four enchantments per item enchanted.

Just a simple mod that adds a three tier Extra Effect perk to the Enchantment perk tree.
Tier 1: default two enchantments per item
Tier 2: up to three enchantments
Tier 3: up to four enchantments
As with vanilla Skyrim, all enchantments must be added to an unenchanted item.
Compatibility (be sure to download correct file):
Vanilla (unmodified) perk tree
Adamant - A Perk Overhaul
Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim
SPERG - Skyrim Perk Enhancements and Rebalanced Gameplay (SE)
Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim
Each file requires the associated perk tree mod
