Added "Painterly" warpaints and increased the resolution of NPC tintmasks for higher quality.

Fixed an issue where I forgot to export FaceGenData. This version of Diversity implements all of my changes to characters' facial structures, makeup, ages, and warpaint. But with vanilla hair.
