Just another one of my little patches.
Capital Windhelm Expansion's Iron Hall "Lucky Anvil" has a small conflict with ElSopa HD Medievil Anvil SE. This patch fixes it. See the before and after pics.
I used SSEEdit to flag the .esp as an .esl
Simply download and install through your mod manager.
