Dude, your mod also enhances the effects of potions. That makes the enchanting and blacksmithing elixirs a bit overpowered, and it's also illogical. Dragon souls should only affect the inner abilities of the Dragonborn, not the strength of external items. I really wish you would fix this because your mod is otherwise excellent, especially when combined with Dragonborn Ascendant. It makes those dragon souls actually mean something other than unlocking shouts. Here's a suggestion: instead of the souls increasing your spell magnitude (which I'm sure is the culprit behind the unwanted potions buff), how about they just increase the Fire/Frost Breath shouts magnitude by 1% per soul. Even with Dragonborn Ascendant that wouldn't make the shouts overpowered, if playing on legendary, that is.
P.S: I've just checked. The strength of enchantments is also increased, in addition to the potions. That an even bigger problem. Sorry man, but until you can fix these issues I'm gonna play without your mod. A damn shame. The carry weight, critical chance and power attack damage features are awesome, and they also make a lot of sense to me, but the potions and enchantment buffs don't.
I'll be without internet for the most part from the 22. to the 22. next month, I'll get to your comments as quickly as possible, but my answering and fixing time will be way slower.
Hey there! I'm not at my PC currently (and even if I was I'm uncertain if I would figure it out) but is it okay if I ask how exactly this mod works? When does the included script run and is it safe to uninstall mid-game?
There is a run-once script, that will run once initialized(i.e. first loaded in a game or after the character creation on a new game) that will add the perk to the player. Afterwards no more skripts run. Uninstalling should be harmless, the game will warn about missing content and the perk will just disapear when you continue. Since I don't touch anything directly, that will return your game to the previous state.
Since I play heavily modded, I try to make sure that upgrades and uninstalls are not an issue. If it actually causes an issue, please write a bug report - so for uninstalling worked fine for me.
wait, vampire powers through dragon souls? i thought when i read that title that you would get small passive bonuses that had to do with the dragons in some way.

I feel like that makes a lot of sense. Even 1% per soul would help.
Edit: i didn't read the descritpion bruh.
But could a version that makes these buffs permanent be possible?
