A tiny perk, that allows your dragonborn to gain power from absorbed souls.

The mod adds a single perk that modifies some values based on Dragon Souls currently unassigned. These values are on purpose small to not create an overpowered character even with high dragon spawn and kill rates.
Percentages are provided as multipliers to the base value, not added to the chance, meaning the resulting value scales way slower.
Affected Characteristics per soul:
- Carry weight +1
- Critical hit chance +1%
- Critical hit damage +1%
- Power Attack damage +1%
- Spell Magnitude +1%
- Shout Cooldown -1%
This mod doesn't edit any records, so should be compatible with all other mods.
