- Fixes ~13 AO or texture transition related issues in Windhelm. Some of them are also fixes for unnatural blocky things I can't even call pathways. Also I found 4 holes into space and fixed those.
As it is said in the description, this mod aims to fix small issues that are caused by Ambient Occlusion (by hiding them with static objects or grass). But as a second goal it also tries to hide unnatural object placement in the vanilla game and help with unnatural texture transition.
If you find any such issues and think they need some fixing. Please comment down below and add some screenshots for the issue.
Currently this mod is very small and overall I don't think this is going to affect much in terms of performance once it's finished.
I'd like to ask people to post screenshots of this mod if you are using vanilla textures, or other textures that are not Noble Skyrim. It would be a pain for me to uninstall textures every time I mod :3
It would help me a lot with getting this mod look as good as it can in Vanilla textures as well as in non-native textures.
In any case, most of the problems in the images are a result of using Noble Skyrim as it uses its snow texture for the Windhelm ground textures. Most retextures don't do that.
Thank you for a wonderful mod SebastianJSL. I have noticed horrid issues that are still unfixed in Windhelm. This at least addresses most of the issues.
Well for now I don't see any reason to merge. I know very little what changes USSEP does to landscape, but I am using USSEP and the problems I fix are based on that.
But so far this mod adds objects to the world so there is no need to merge since there is more than likely no conflicts at all.
Not a good enough reason. The unofficial patches are bloated. I hope Sebastian did not give into this foolery using the USSEP edits. If 99% of the other players said they were jumping off a cliff would you ask for that too?
Your mod seems to be that kind of mod that nobody thinks about but when first used, no one can play the game again without it. Just wondering if this mod is compatible with The People of Skyrim. Is it?

Endorsed!

/me
Well I hope Vurt will make a compatibility with it.
But this mod simply hides texture issues that are inside the vanilla game.
Maybe it's not the best way to fix it but I don't see that ugly root anymore. That's enough for me.
