Making original models like this, from scratch, with no professional training is extremely time-consuming. I make mods for myself, for fun, and for learning. If I think others might also enjoy the finished product, I upload it. Any requests I fulfill are those I think will be fun to tackle, or seem reasonably simple to execute.

For those who are disappointed that I do not have a male version, I do have sympathy. I created this mod because I was disappointed that I couldn't find an outfit I liked for my character. Despite the fact that I had no prior knowledge in 3d art, I set about spending many weeks of self-teaching to create exactly what I wanted.

I am simply sharing a hobby I love. I'm so excited that I could bring other players a bit of joy.

But I am not trying to sell a product, and I am not obligated to do anything more than I care to give. Please be understanding and respectful.

I'm trying to fortify the armor. I'm currently at rank 4; I have all the required items and 100 Alteration skill.

But when I try to cast the spell, it says "Spell failed. Not enough skill."

    Help, please?

Hmm, I may be confused but I can't find anywhere to actually craft this armor. A full set of armor was in my inventory when I started a new character along with the spell and journal so that worked. I've installed the No Camp version: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5269 with the No Camp Male Patch: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40967 and the Hedge Mage Recolor mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/103868 in my mod order.
My assumption would be to select a color and craft the pieces at the anvil or tanning rack as would be done for other armors. Neither device shows Hedge Mage Armor as an option.
    Suggestions or insights? Cheers.

Recolor is only pack of colors, not mod. unpack and made mod for yourself or put files manually. Mod come with mage book and have instructions how craft and enhanncing armor. Making more same armor, you need crafting module, but it's only weak version

Thank you for the clarification. Now that I've been using it a bit, I'm better acquainted with how it works. Cheers.

There are literally none. What are you talking about? I think you have the wrong mod page. This mod doesn't have any requirements. The ones you see under Requirements on the Mod Page are mods that require THIS mod. Not the other way around. Hopefully I cleared up any confusion.

I wish people would take time to understand the REQUIREMENT section on the Description Page, as there are TWO sections.

The top section titled "NEXUS REQUIREMENTS" refers to other mods, and plugins THIS mod requires.

The Second section titled "MODS REQUIRING THIS FILE" is referring to other mods on the Nexus, created by other Mod authors that happen to use THIS mod, in THEIR Mod.

You don't have to download all of those.

Hi, I just wanted to say that the armor looks great!  I am using it on SE AE GOG version and it works just fine.

Hi, this is GamerPauly, Mod Author and Porter on all formats, I have also have several mods uploaded here on Nexus, I am making a bundle of clothes and armour for upload to bethesda.net (Xbox) and wondered if I could include you hedge mage armor and the male version by Tathrin in this bundle.  I would also like to use the extra modules for crafting and colours if possible.

I am also on the lookout for a replacer set for all other mages in the college of winterhold, I assuemd your set was just for your character and followers ?

full credits will be given, I will assume responsibility for any support on the Xbox platform

    .Kind Regards

How do you apply new enchantments? Once I applied a low level enchantment, I can no longer upgrade to a higher version?
You get only one set and I have not found another possibility, besides the crafting module, but that does only give the rags version that cant be fortified.
