Adds 3 new Alteration spells to Skyrim, Arcane Light, Illuminate and Magicka Flare.

Designed for use with realistic lighting mods like Realistic Lighting Overhaul.
Arcane Light - Adept level Candlelight spell, longer duration and larger radius with a warm light.
Illuminate - Adept level Magelight spell, longer duration, moves slower and larger radius with a warm light.
Magicka Flare - Master Level Magelight , longer duration, very slow and massive radius, with a light purple light.
Adept level books are now available at the College of Winter, Sold by Tolfdir. (Added to Leveled lists of the other Adept spells.
Adept level books also added to the College of Winterhold questline, Arcane light found at the end of Midden, Illuminate found at the end of Mzulft.
Master level book can be found along the College of Winterhold questline, now found at the starting room of Labyrinthian.
