Fixes the clutter in the war room of JK's Palace of the Kings if you have Guard Armor Replacer installed

Small mod that fixes all the loose weapons and armour pickups on the floor of the war room in JKs Palace of the Kings if you have Guard Armor Replacer installed. It deletes a few of the excess items like all the armour sets leaving only a heavy and light version of the Windhelm armour and a couple of helmets. Shields and weapons were just moved to sit on the tables and not on the floor. ESL flagged.
