The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller
It might be a tiny detail, but it always bothered me that during the main quest, when we retrieve the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, well... we get nothing as a reward!
We are Dragonborn, yet nothing.
Moreover, Jurgen Windcaller was a serious beast! Maybe the most powerfull Voice Master ever!
So, it feels very strange that his personnal Horn does nothing...
From Skyrim UESP page :
"[...] Jurgen is said to have done battle with seventeen Tongues at once. It is said that Jurgen swallowed the Shouts of these Tongues for three days until they lay exhausted. Afterwards, they acknowledged the superiority that the Way of the Voice has given him [...]" (link)
So, almost 10 years after... it's fixed! \o/
What does this mod do?
This little mod modifies the main quest. After Ustengrav when meeting Delphine, you'll REALLY receive the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller. And you'll keep it.
You'll get an equipable item in your inventory (it takes no slot, but is invisible when equiped). When worn you'll have a power "Blow Horn". 30% reduce cooldown of shouts for 300sec (you can't cumulate it with Talos Blessing from shrines), and 30% discount... you're already a Legend!!! ^_^ (see screens)
This "power" is fully animated with the blow horn anim as seen is screenshots. ;)
Install and problems
Of course, since it modifies the main quest, and is tied to Ustengrav and Delphine... you might have to keep two things at mind.
First, if you're after this point in the questline, you won't get it "regularly". Use Additem Menu mod, or in console : "-help "Windcaller Horn"" then "player.additem XXXXXXXX" with the relevant item id. ;)
Second, if you have mods modifying the main quest, it might not work... so a patch might be needed.
