This Mod was inspired by WhiterunGardens by Lukioo.  Please visit his page and endorse.  It was initially meant as an addon where I’ll fix the navmesh and lightings, etc.  Unfortunately, he has since updated the layout so my patch would not fit.  I then decide to add it to a garden I was already working on in the Plains district just below Jorvaskr.
I rebuilt the gardens where the only thing that is similar is the SPatio layout.  Outer wall for both gardens were rebuilt from scratch to make it compatible with the Civil War Quest.
What I did:
1.       Created a gardener who will take care of both gardens. The gardener is fully packaged and can be found wandering the streets as well as in the Drunken Horseman and The Bannered Mare after a hard day’s work
2.       Created a home for him in the Low Garden located in the Plains District.  (There’s a secret in his nook)
3.       Both Gardens have water features, spawning fish and insects, and ‘roman’ statues.  Thanks to Tamira for granting me permission to use the statue assets, 3dregenerator (http://thefree3dmodels.com/index/8-667) for creating the original model and texture and KiddGimmick for Improving on the mesh.  Thanks also to COSMICSLOTHO for adjusting the janky UV of one of the vanilla SPatio assets.
4.       I made a patch to replace the ‘roman’ statues with statues of Mara, Ysgramor, Meridia and Dibella
5.       I created packages for both gardens to work ‘seamlessly’ with AI Overhaul and BijinSV AIO version 4.3.1.6. It may work with other versions but I have not tested them.
6.       Both patches can be found in the optional files. IMPORTANT:  All my patches are made using the Main (Non-ESL) FileUse them with the ESL flagged file at your own risk.
7.       The packages may conflict with NPC overhauls, but is should be easy enough to patch.  Load the NPC mod after and carry forward the new packages from my mod.
8.        Added patches for Simple Children and NVICO Townies.

Special Mention to KiddGimmick and CosmicSloth for the conversation we had in WizkiD Discord that started it all, and to Wizkid34 for his suggestion that an alternative option (Statue Replacer Patch) should be provided for the immersion value.
I've learned a lot from this server and I encourage people to head on over.  p.s. you can find lots of goodies there ").

Compatibility:
Any mods that edit the same locations and/or moved Whiterun walls is likely incompatible.

Installation:
Strongly suggest using a mod manager e.g. MO2.  Load the patches after the main file.
Recommended load order:
AI Overhaul-->Myq’s Garden-->StatueReplacer-->NPC Overhauls-->AIO Patches-->NPC AIO Patches.

Patches provided in this page are ALL based on the NON-ESL main file
This will make it safer to update.
With the exception of Statue Replacer and to a lesser extend Simple Children patches, All other patches are mutually exclusive and may conflict when used together.

Choose the patches that best suit your needs, DO NOT use all.

Special Thanks to mechanicalpanda for providing us the patches for HPENPC.

Uninstallation:
It is not recommended to remove a mod mid-game,but that said, it should be fine as it does not contain any scripts
