Changes the enchantments on the college robes to a more potent, interesting, but also balanced enchantment.

A simple ESL flagged plugin that changes the effects on the college robes to be more interesting and significantly stronger. Now, each robe has the following effect:


> Novice Robes of [School]
Novice [School] spells cost 20% less to cast. Magicka regenerates 50% faster.

> Apprentice Robes of [School]
Apprentice and novice [School] spells cost 25% less to cast. Magicka regenerates 75% faster.

> Adept Robes of [School]
Adept, apprentice, and novice [School] spells cost 30% less to cast. Magicka regenerates 100% faster.

> Expert Robes of [School]
Expert, adept, apprentice, and novice [School] spells cost 35% less to cast. Magicka regenerates 125%.

> Master Robes of [School]
All spells from [School] cost 40% less to cast. Magicka regenerates 150% faster.

Technical notes & Balance:

1
. The cost reductions scale MULTIPLICATIVELY, not additively. For example, let's take a theoretical 50% cost reduction trinket - the master robes will effectively only remove 20% of the spell's original cost.

2. The enchantments benefit from both Insightful Enchanter and Corpus Enchanter from the Enchanting tree.

3. Finally, ONLY THE MASTER ROBES can be disenchanted. This is done to avoid UI cluttering, as, without this change, you'd have 25 new enchantments in your enchanting table of which you'd only use 5.

4. As a sidenote, a few keywords have been added to appropriate robes (SurvivalArmorWarm and ClothingRich)
