I'm Stuck in the Undertow questline where it say's "find a way out" .... but there's absolutly nothing, way up north are some reflections in the water but nothing to interact with - I ran up and down for a whole rl hour - checked my inventory, I have no clue how to get out.
Probably too late but in case someone else is asking - first you head in a northerly direction until you meet a certain occupant of the "void". After that you turn around and traverse more or less southwards until you see a greenish glow that's the exit.
My question is - do the dreams about the void ever end? Everytime my character sleeps he gets the same prompt about the dream.
Top notch writing and voice acting. Just a heads up, you really need a new game to enjoy this to the fullest. Sort of a shame, since it means a lot of players will miss out on the amazing content, and on the other hand I understand the design choice very well. I'd love to see more villains like Devion. It all felt very similar to Beyond Reach, one of my favorite mods, but more polished on the dialogue side. In an ultimate dream scenario, Karna would've been a follower within the main story arc of Beyond Reach.
The trick to saving the day at this point seems to be getting through the trap door in the basement of the lodge. Has anybody been able to do that? How? I'm not sure what I will find on the other side, but that is how it looks right now.
No it doesn't matter, Karna's quest is over and Craftian has decreed that she must die at this point. Of course a little console trickery can get Karna and KarnaA back for you, but they will never be followers again.
Now comparing that with FO4's I'm Darlene. Darlene is a badly damaged not quite human creature in a damaged world, but Darlene does let go of her ghosts and becomes a useful follower/friend. It can be so.
Likewise, I got the condition to trigger like once out of how many times randomly. Looks like you could try SetStage Mythos_BacchusQuest_Intro 40 in the console.
I finished Karna’s quest. It can be done. But I wouldnt recommend it unless you’re prepared for the chance to lose her for good..
Karna should be played throughout the game from start to finish. The journey she takes with you is part of her redemption. Her personal quest is a letdown and her story is told throughout the game as she travels with you.
To trigger Karna’s intro quest, read the note attached to the wall outside the entrance of The Sleeping Giant Inn. You will then find her outside a nordic tomb south of The Lady stone.
I rushed through her quest stages with console commands and didn't take the time to have the relationship unfold between Karna and my character and Bacchus. This dlc is not about the quests, it’s about the the two companions themselves. Karna and Bacchus are stellar.
What journey? She fucked off and I never saw her again. Since she booked it I've finished the main questline, become Archmage, and destroyed the Dark Brotherhood. Would have loved to have her along on my journey but she's apparently got better things to do.
The characters of Mythos are so good, I recommend starting a new playthrough, recruiting Karna asap, and taking her everywhere. Once level 40, all the quest stages are ready to trigger in succession until she leaves. Not giving you much time to journey. So acquire her early and level up with her over a new playthrough; I recommend a Nord warrior.
@soaringcow No you definitely lose her for good. At least I've yet to find a way where she doesn't die and I haven't seen any indication anywhere she can live from the mod author. Prepare to be disappointed if you actually like her character and like traveling around with K. Doubt I'll bother with this mod again in my load order. The ending might work better on its own story in its own game as a finishing quest for an entire story driven game, even then probably better with an epilogue or something to make it bittersweet rather than just leaving the PC bitterly disappointed. However with the playthrough I did going blind into playing this mod > I hadn't even finished the main quest or the DLC's when she died > so I didn't get a chance to take her on all those adventures, might've missed out on some of her commentary and excellent voice acting, or learn more about her character through idle dialogue. Not sure. She leaves at level 40 then you never see her again until level 50 at which point she dies.
There seems to be a lot of comments playing down this side of things, and some suggesting that you could keep this follower. I just wanted clarity.
So, this is a follower which, at the end of the day, despite the depth of the character and the quality of the VA, just goes and dies? And you cannot even dismiss them, lest they leave you for good?
I kept coming back, because this piqued my interest so, and as fan of immersive deep, playthrough long, custom voiced followers, she was someone who kept coming up from others, but that, that is ridiculous. I can move on now, so thank you.
Hey man could I ask for some advice? Karna left to go do something and my current quest with her is to simply continue my journey and wait for her to come back, is there something I'm supposed to do to trigger her return? I don't really want to progress any further until she's back
Ive lost Karna, For whatever reason she just stopped following I tried some of the commands ive seen in the posts but It isnt working, Is there a way to fix this? set myt_kar_wolfstay to 0 And getglobalvalue myt_kar_wolfstay

Thank you, Craftian and all.
So loosing her for good is not necessarily the outcome.
Finally Skyrim has a follower something at the level of I'm Darlene for fo4. No not inigo, not lucien, none of them come close.

I using ezPG version + Mythos Followers Refined
Before it - I using Mythos original mod and all are working normal at my first entering into jail.
