It makes you die more ? From what ? Skeevers ambush ? The game is already easy enough, getting "ambushed" every now and then can only make it more interesting. And if the Dragonborn dies from such minor inconveniences, they probably wouldn't have been fit to save the world anyway.
I usually like combat music specially in FromSoftware games, but the battles are usually of epic magnitudes. In Skyrim there's too many small battles like vs mudcrabs or rats that is weird to have a super epic music playing lol.
Does it turn OFF all the combat music? For example, if I have mods with AIO music (Celtic one). Does it turn OFF combat module from those mods too? And also, does it fix infinity looping after "boss battle music" start playing?
If combat music did not playing with this mod, then when I come into battle - regular music (forest, snow, dungeons, etc) still continue playing or it become just a silence?

I was thinking exactly the same thing. No need for battle music for a wolf that thinks biting platemaile is a good idea, but a nice, energetic tune for when a big lizard swoops out of the sky would be nice.
The Ultimate Boss Fight Mod has a master plugin that forces the game to play the dragon fight music when in combat with a boss. I don't think it requires the other parts of the mod, but I could be wrong. Not really worth an entire plugin slot, though.

There is no way to do exactly that in Skyrim (or maybe with pure scripting...), I would love to have only epic music only for epic battles
