F.A.Q.
Q1: Some mages/holds seem to be missing?
A1: They're not. There are three NPCs in total that do not have an associated item - Farengar, Nenya, and Malur. Farengar is the only actual court mage between them, and he doesn't have an item owing to the Ebony Blade quest (which I consider to be his "artifact"). Nenya, while a mage, is a steward. Malur, while NOT a mage OR a Court Wizard, has a unique item - the staff of arcane authority.
Q2: Load order?
A2: Completely irrelevant. I would recommend that you put it high in your load order since it likely won't conflict with anything.
Q3: Wow, another Ocato's clone...
A4: Okay, I won't even try to refute that lol. The effect is heavily inspired by Ocato's recital with a small twist - it can store MOST spells. Including summons.
