Allows you to Tamper the Hunting Knives from Hunterborn

You need at minimum Steel Smithing (The very first unlock from blacksmithing skill tree) to unlock tampering.
(Stone, Bone, Iron, Steel are all locked behind steel smithing...)
To Tamper the other Knives you need to unlock their respective smithing skill level in the blacksmithing perk tree.
(Dwarven Hunting knife by unlocking Dwarven smithing, that sort of thing...)

The tampering recipes are simple and may or may not make much sense.
Want to make it more sense, mod it your self.
The "Recipes" are "TamperWeapon_<Material>HuntingCB745"

Why this is not part of the main mod is something i never understood.
I used to always make a mod like this when i added Hunterborn to my game - i just always forgot to share.
I kinda feel like it's sort of "Hey, i made you this book, but i did not want to put a cover on it..."
It kind of makes the Hunting Knives just "Bloat" items since you can't make much use of them.
And their amazing looking designs are WASTED on the inability to tamper them.
This "patch mod" remedies this which makes them enjoyable once more.
Now you can slit throats and carve up game. All in a 2kb package ;)

Just load this AFTER Hunterborn and your set. That's about it.
