Just a quick fix for the ash weathers for Onyx VR - Weathers and WetandCold. The plugin was created using xEdit and made as an ESP flagged as an ESL. Make sure to load my patch after both Onyx Weathers and WetandCold.
Requires the latest versions of both mods.
