If you're looking to turn a flawless gem into 2 regular gems, you should see those options in the forge menu, not the smelter. I felt it made more sense to put it there since it's like you're breaking the gem in half.
Hi! Thanks for letting me know about those things. I've added a link to CCOR on the mod description page and mentioned its requirements on the download page. I'll have to find some time this week to compact the form IDs and then update. Glad you're enjoying the mod!
I took a look and it doesn't appear to have been an issue with the readme but instead was the way the files were structured in the zip folder. I restructured them and it should eliminate the problem for people going forward. Thanks for the heads up!

If I use CCOR do I need base mod as well or CCOR one alone will suffice?
Basically is CCOR version an independent mod that is made for CCOR?
Or CCOR version is an add-on that's needed to bridge both mods?
Tested myself.
Only one version is needed.
Why didn't you compact the form IDs for the CCOR version too? I just did this myself with xEdit. Also please mention that it requires WACCF.
Thanks for the mod, I have so many small gems and need flawless for everything.
I just deleted it so it installs in the properly.
