Latest Version 12 - All NPC spawns personally tested so if you ever have a crash to desktop and suspect it is this mod let me know the last NPC spawn you saw and I will re-test but this should not occur. Make sure you run LOOT.
This mod is designed to be used with my other two Random Spawn mods (see description page for links) but will work just as well with less spawns on its own. See uploaded images for example of some spawns. The NPCs wearing backpacks are from my mod Creation Club Backpacks for NPCs

I have an idea/request, if that's okay? Basically, could you please randomize the leveled list for these factions (and ally them) where Bandits, Forsworn, Reavers, Warlocks, Cultists, Falmer, Chaurus Variants, Spriggan, Afflicted, Hagravens/Witches work together and have a chance to spawn in place of each other? Basically, I think it would be entertaining to fight these mostly bandit-like factions, be it unrealistic, all in one big horde or group. It would also add a lot of variations to these fights, making them more challenging, and giving rarer enemy types more of a chance to be encountered, imo.
Hi in order to do that the Factions of the NPCs would need to be changed. One of the things I didn't want to do with the mods was to alter them, preferring to keep all NPCs as totally vanilla and unaltered to the original game.
Bandits will fight anything, Forsworn align with Witches and Hagravens, Warlocks will attack anything, Cultists are not hostile, Falmer not added, Spriggan align with animals (I think), Afflicted hostile to all - Werewolves will align with Wolves, Vampires will align with all types of Undead and Frostbite Spiders. So there are many Factions already just from the original spawn list. You will encounter spawns that are the same (say two Werewolves or Master Vampires) which could be quite a challenge, it could even be possible to get three spawns all aligned and working together if you use all three of the spawn mods.
You may like the mod called 'NPCs Travel', it could add more of what you are looking for, its on the Nexus so check it out but it should be compatible with the spawn mods and make for a very interesting Skyrim world.

Also, since you didn't change anything in "Coast-Snow", that record is redundant.
