I always see many blond, generic nord-y looking replacers, and I wanted to do something different but no less Nord in spirit.  He is a standalone download, meaning you don't have to install anything extra to make him work/look as intended. He has a high poly head that's meant to be used with Expressive Facial Animations, however this is a soft requirement and I doubt you'll experience issues if you don't have it. He's using Tempered Skin for Vanilla body meshes, therefore he will have undies. If you would like to use the nude version of tempered skins, just make sure you have the meshes included in that mod installed, and then copy the skin textures from that file into Ulfric's. You can also delete his WNAM record in xedit to get rid of his custom skin altogether, but he will have a colored neck seam. 

I don't have any action shots of him, because I haven't played through his questline in forever, but you get the idea. Also forgive the low res armor, I was lazy.


Place below all other mods that may affect the NPC record of Ulfric. If you're using mods that give him different armors, stats or weapons, you'll need to make a patch that forwards my appearance changes, and the changes of the other mod. He is flagged ESL so won't take up a spot in your load order.
