Foreword
This guide is aimed at new Skyrim SE users who are looking for a simple, easy to understand, transparent and yet safe way to add a mod to an already installed Skyrim SE, even without much prior knowledge, simply because they want to play "now".
If you follow a few rules and can not be distracted by discussions about special cases and not the "one_click_all_blind_automatic" philosophy, it also goes with very little additional effort, shown here with the (often demonized with a lot of misinformation) used by me since the beginning of Skyrim SE NMM Nexus Mod Manager, which is for me even after in the meantime uncounted reinstallations, over 180 translations and conversions and hundreds of modtests still the absolutely preferred mod manager.
I assume that Skyrim SE is already installed via Steam and is not played via Steam, but with "Offline", i.e. fully ready to play on the hard disk, as well as that SKSE is already installed, i.e. no call via click at the Steam page or on the SkyrimSELauncher, but by clicking on the skse64_loader.exe
