This mod makes available for all races the Contingency Power from EnaiSiaion's Imperious. Previously this power was a quest reward available only to Altmer Players. From his mod description--
Contingency: At will - Stores your equipped spells into a magical matrix and casts them for free whenever a chosen condition is met.

This mod makes available for all races the Contingency Power from EnaiSiaion's Imperious - Races of Skyrijm. Previously this power was a quest reward available only to Altmer Players. Almost all credit goes to EnaiSiaion. This is a direct cut and paste from Imperious. A smaller amount of credit goes to DankRafft as I used a script from his Conjure Next to Caster mod to fit two powers on one Tome. From the Imperious mod description--Contingency: At will - Stores your equipped spells into a magical matrix and casts them for free whenever a chosen condition is met.
If you are familiar with Ocato's Recital from Apocalypse - Magic of Skyrim, this power is very similar. Equip the power and then two different spells in each hand and then activate the power.
The Tome is located on the small table by the Atronach Forge in the Midden.
This mod is standalone and does not require Imperious.
This is my first mod so let me know if there are problems.
