Here is a patched version of the WICO - Immersive People esp. You can use this instead of going through the hassle of running the script. Enjoy. (Followed the guide from here in the posts section.)
To fix black/brown face bug first put this mod at the bottom of your load order. Also Zanderat stated previously "To get rid of the dark faces, unpack WICO's BSA and use either Vortex or MO2 to let its resources order correctly." I had to do both of these to fix the issue.
I never understood why nobody carries USSEP changes over. The Unofficial Patch Project Team encourages it and even has a guide for it then gets blamed that their Patch requires too many Patches and users have issues with Patch version and mod... By forwarding tis changes for specific assets the mod becomes standalone so its much better that way.

can anyone elaborate more on this? Is the USSEP patch mentioned is the one you can select when installing WICO? Or including QUASIPC's one? Also what BSA is mentioned here?
I just wan't to know if this will get rid of the brown face glitch that Wico always creates in some npcs. This is very confusing for me to be honest... is there some kind of step by step video tutorial that can help me download and use this???
Is this safe to use in mid game? i have completed some quests. Noob to modding. Also i dont have installed the USSEP compatibility patch will i have problems?

Things were horribly broken.
As far as I know, 1.0 worked fine and has the least issues.
Note:
BSA Cleaning is not yet a thing. I have a way to implement this but its going into unknown territory, I may release a helper for this anyway.

I remove the protected flag as this is undesirable for most people not using NPC Protect Redux
Since all the QNAMs differ by less than 2, I assume this is a wild edit. This record will be an ITM until you run the ITPO script.
The weight differs less than 0.01, I consider this a wild edit. This is also another subjective edit because there are some that take the NPC from 70ish weight to about 20, I could add something for that but eh...
Object bounds are zeros, don't know how that happened but I believe this to be the ck being weird as I don't think he should touch object bounds
This is one of the more subjective edits. This looks 100% intentional because he makes this outfit, but should WICO edit clothes or outfits? Its subjective, if you want to keep the edited outfits, I have the details in the description.
This one I am a little unsure of, but I don't think WICO should edit attack race. This edit is not correlated to changes in ones race,but the values always seems to be the same when this record exists in WICO, smells like a wild edit to me.
Just as I type that out... See, smells like a wild edit. As for the race, I am unsure id facegen is linked to this, if it is not then Im removing WICO's edits. Here is an example of stats.
