I was somewhat bored by seeing all the "Bandit Chief" dudes and dudettes always wearing a full set of Nordic Carved Armor, like little tin soldiers in uniform. I changed the required level from 25 to 18 to add some small variation to the outfits. To better explain: in vanilla Skyrim the bosses start wearing full Steel Plate at level 18 and full Nordic Carved at 25 -- now they can wear Steel Plate and Nordic Carved at level 18, allowing a mixed outfit.
I didn't change the Dragonborn bosses because they can also wear Heavy Chitin or Stalhrim.
Compatible with mods that directly edit the leveled lists in the ESP to add custom armors or for whatever reason. Surely not compatible with mods that edit the leveled lists via script (apart from Dragonborn, of course.)
