The BOS version inserts a new Cathedral 3D Mountain Flowers.esp file which has no world edits - so there is no longer any need for patches. (At least that is my understanding of how BOS works).

and Patch for Unique Border Gates for this version or this?

Good question. Neither are a master to this patch so... anyone know if it works for the newer Unique Border Gates Fixes version?

Ha, I would love to. I've asked the person who's preset I think I edited and haven't heard back yet. It's been about a week and the the message is showing as unread. Hoping I will soon.

Main file comes with two esp files, with and without USSEP, should I keep both or choose only the one I need?

Is "A Patch for Lanterns of Skyrim II and Cathedral Mountain Flowers" needed now that Los II was updated to v4.0?

Happy with this, but why is this needed? Isn't 3d Mountain Flowers supposed to only alter vanilla records?

Thanks. It does but Mountain Flowers uses an ESP to point to the new model for the flowers. If another mod changes the position of said flowers it edits the same record. So in XEdit you'll see a conflict. One mod changing the position and Flowers changing the model. This patch combines the new position with the new model.

Ah, understood! So it's only a conflict resolution patch, and doesn't re-position anything.

Good to know, thanks for the answer.

Thank you for your work on these patches. Without the patches tho, what is the impact in game? I admittedly haven’t noticed anything odd with the flowers without this patch. Is it simply to clean up xEdit records?

Sorry for the very late reply. It wouldn't have a big impact not using this patch. Going from memory it was about 30 records, which basically means about 30 mountain flowers in your game won't show the models from Cathedral. As I'm sure you know, there's a lot of mountain flowers in Skyrim! So you may not even notice.

However, when I first used Cathedral Mountain Flowers non of them showed in my game, and when I checked in Xedit it was because it conflicted with another mod that edited all plants. The principle was the same in that this other mods plugin was overwriting the same records from Cathedral and therefore not including the new model. So this patch should be legit in what it does but it isn't major.

Thanks. I was kind of hoping someone would comment on the preset. I edited someone else's and changed her into a Redguard. That's why I didn't release her because it's not entirely my own work. The original is https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/46229

Thanks, really nice work on your presets - all of them.  I know you would need to jump through some approval hurdles from the original author, but I think a lot folks (myself included) would greatly appreciate having access to this preset as well.  I'd love to see her as a follower as well (I can't figure out how to convert presets to followers).  But, entirely up to and we respect your time.  Regardless, thanks for sharing the info.

Thanks. Although I tried most of my old presets on my latest load order and most didn't look as intended so I'm thinking of taking them down. I also think the last year has seen some amazing face presets and mine don't really hold up these days anyway. I'll look into creating some followers. It's something I've always wanted to do and I found a substantial guide on how to do it recently, but it's about 90 pages long so could take some time.
