Sixth House Bell Hammer
This is a Skyrim Special Edition port of PrivateEye's Sixth House Bell Hammer - A Morrowind Weapon. All of the original work is PrivateEye's, so credit and kudos should be given accordingly. The Sixth House was ruled by Dagoth Ur, the main antagonist of Morrowind. These bell hammers were often found in the strongholds of the Sixth House and were very effective as blunt weapons.
To obtain the hammer find the broken cart southeast of Riften on the road leading to Morrowind. Kill the bandit and read the note he is carrying.
