A simple enchantment to increase spell damage. The Torturer's Assistant in Helgen Keep will drop the Amulet of Destruction.
Using the console (the ~ key) type help "Amulet of Destruction" then player.additem [refid] 1
Disenchant this item to learn the enchantment. Enchant items as you would normally. Enjoy!
