Version 1.13
- Borgakh can now be recruited without completing main quest 104. Still requires Champion of Malacath.
- Braziers in front of Wise woman's hut swapped out for more orcish-looking ones.
- Fire in Wise woman's hut can now be changed from blue to orange by activating the staff by the cauldron.
- New face-tints for Sloza. Was never happy with the old ones. These ones have less exaggerated eye makeup, and the cheeks should just look flushed now, instead of covered in blush.
- Fixed broken bodyslide files. Zeroed sliders should morph properly now with oBody or similar.

- Kattika Sharp-Eye's intro quest is now complete. Players that side with the Stormcloaks can now recruit her.
- New Dwemer ruins inside and outside the mine. Wait for them to be excavated, and optionally assign more miners to speed up the process. Excavation comes in two stages. Upon discovering and clearing the ruins, your workers will furnish the new spaces as....
- A Barracks for more housing and beds
- A Treasure room with displays and mannequins
- Holding cells for criminals and slaves
- A Vault
- An underground chief's sanctum (aka the man-cave)
- There is now a small quest to introduce the follower from the opposing faction into the game. If you went Imperial and recruited Luna, then Kattika can be captured and placed in the holding cells. The opposite is also true.
- Map icon changed to be more orc appropriate
- New bed assignment dialogue for the overlook cabin
- Fixed broken eyebrow texture path on luna's headmesh
- Partially implemented arrest system to place NPC's in the cells. Console-add "arrest warrant" to test it out.

Version 1.11
- Added collision planes behind the upper tanning rack and in the hunter's workshop so that people can't clip their head through the mountain
- Drastically reduced the number of lights in the upper area of the stronghold. This ought to eliminate all light flicker, even with NPCs using torches. Everything generally darker at night now too.
- Kattika Sharp-Eye follower is included in this version but is disabled by default while I'm still working on her intro quest. Spawn her in with the console if you want to play test her or preview. Requires textures download below.

- Assigning miners now affects the amount and variety of minerals deposited in the Chief's Mine-Share
- Assigning Hunters now affects the amount and variety of animal parts deposited in the Chief's Hunt-Share
- It is now possible for Female player characters to upgrade their status from Honored First-Wife to chief. Speak with Uglaush after maxing out your recruits to start the quest. Fully voiced with different roleplay options.
- Made some edits to the bilegulch mine interior in preparation for an eventual dungeon. As a result it is now recommended to load this mod after interior lighting mods.

- Upon completing the recruitment quest, two new cabins will be built on the western slope overlooking the reach. One is a guest house with a single bed.
- When Luna Silvanus appears, she will move into the guest house and her possessions will appear.
- Hunting package for Rulrza and hunt work assignments is simplified and more reliable now
- Legate Vorenus is initially disabled like he's supposed to be
- Several fixes to pieces of clutter and furniture that were supposed to be initially disabled but weren't
- Moved three trees to accommodate the new buildings
- Adjusted combat styles for the Orc Defenders and Marauders to try to get them to attack more aggressively in the intro battle.
- Once you've progressed far enough, if Lost Valley Redoubt isn't already cleared, you'll get a small quest to go kill it's leaders.
- Adjusted sandboxing schedules for the orc wives and orc recruits so that they sometimes hangout in the new overlook cabin

- Uglaush the wise woman now has three voiced dialogue trees on orc lore and customs. Speak to her in the wise woman's hut while she's not sleeping.
- Luna Silvanus and her introduction quest are now active. Quest will trigger when you have maxed out your orc recruits, and completed the battle of the whiterun siding with the imperials. If you do not have the recruit tracker quest active due to an old save, start it via console. Everyone else should be fine.

Version 1.06
- Bodyslide files are now included for the three orc-wives. Users can now easily rebuild whatever kind of body they want. The bodies are labeled by Orc name individually, and are also listed in a group "WAW_ORCS" Default meshes packed with the mod are still "zeroed" and come with morph tri files.
- Final fix for calendar rollover CTD issue. CTD is eliminated and the 14 day time advance also works without making the date go over 31.
- After the 14-day time advance, the player will now wake up in the chief's hut sitting on the throne.
- deactivated the follower dismiss function introduced in 1.05.5 -- I actually need to playtest and bugfix it properly, it's not quite as ready for release as I thought.. Will turn it back on if or when it can be made seamless for everyone. Valid orc followers will still auto-recruit into the tribe faction if they are accompanying you when you take the stronghold, but they won't auto-dismiss. If you've got a stubborn new recruit that won't dismiss I'm sorry but you should probably roll back your save to before you recruited them. I've also found that the "purge" function in NFF works.
- Ghorbash and Borgakh must now be your "friend" to recruit into the tribe. This is a simple fix to prevent the player from seeing their vanilla persuade/bribe dialogue after they've already joined the tribe
- The bed in the Chief's Hut will now give a 'well-rested' bonus.
- Removed unnecessary enable parent from the vanilla ore handcart by the mine entrance. This should fix the weird spilled ore that you get after the stronghold enables.
- The Chief's mine-share is now functional. Output averages to around 30 orichalcum ingots per month plus somewhere around 3 to 5 leveled gemstones (randomized). Contents of the barrel can be updated as often as once a day. You won't get gemstones everyday (random). The odds are about 13% to get a gem.

Version 1.05.5
- Trophies mounted in the hunter's cabin are now initially disabled and have their enable parent set properly
- Removed the temporary non-vanilla follower mechanism from the optional orc followers in the male version of the quest. You must now get them to follow you normally to proceed. This should allow for better compatibility with follower frameworks.
- There is now a recruitment tracking quest for your journal that triggers after activating the shrine of malacath. This will make it easier for players to find their recruits
- Additional bug fixes around recruitment conditions for the vanilla orcs
- Vanilla orcs that are already following you when you activate the shrine will now automatically recruit into the tribe and will dismiss to settle into their new home.
- Bugfix for those with the calendar rollover bug included in this release. This actually breaks the two week time-skip, but I think it's more important to put an end to any CTD's until I can make that feature actually work. It's only for lore and flavor anyway. There's a better method for passing time via script that I know of, it's just a little more work. Next release.
- You will now receive a notification when Slob's letter is added to you inventory, just like vanilla letters.
- The outhouse is now slightly larger and it is no longer possible to get trapped inside.
- The conditions for finding orcs to help you attack is now far more inclusive. Not all of these can actually be recruited, and some won't actually be immediately available to help attack, but I figure more is better.
- The new Lore Book Handler quest will now start automatically for female players

- Moved several trees for more usable walking paths and better aesthetics.
- Chronicle lore-book aliases moved to their own quest and now FINALLY they work for both male and female players. If updating an old save type "startquest lorebookhandler" into the console
- Wise Woman's hut and Chief's hut given their own unique sub-locations. This is mainly for mod compatibility, but the player will notice when looking at the map from these interiors.
- Recruitment bugfixes from the 1.04.1 hotfix are included
- New bugfix to enable ugor's recruitment by female players
- Removed relationship rank from recruitment conditions. If you complete their relevant quests, the vanilla orcs will like you enough to join. They do not need to have followed you before.
- Added a simple hint to the player's journal for if they fail to recruit Borgakh
- Luna Silvanus, a new follower NPC is fully functional and included in this update, but is disabled by default because she has no backstory. If you want to play test her, you should be able to find her ID and enable her. Otherwise wait for next patch.
- There is no longer a "default" version of the character textures. The Main file now comes with no textures, and the user must download their choice from below. This is to ensure that users understand they have a choice, and also to reduce main file size, facilitating easier updates.
- Archers during the battle are now much smarter about hanging back and shooting rather than charging in. This makes the battle considerably harder.

- Hotfix to correct bug where recruitment quest would not start due to broken aliases. This is a quick a dirty fix, and breaks placement of one lore book. I think the recruitment feature is probably more important though.

- Revised enemy placement and packages again. This should put an end to the traffic jam at the top of the bridge during the battle.
- Recruitment! The five vanilla orc followers can now be recruited/married and rehomed to your stronghold. They join the faction and can be assigned work or sleep locations. Fully vanilla voiced, and with lore-friendly conditions.
- Temporary follower package for Uglaush or the option "Loyal Orc" recruit during the intro quest. They will now follow as intended and dismiss once you complete the quest.
- Moved the outhouse behind the rock so that it can't be seen from the Hunter's Cabin window. Who wants to see an outhouse when they look out their window?
- Added a wooden bathtub and towels between the Wise Woman and Chief's Huts
- Adjusted lighting in the wise woman's hut to be more spooky and to distinguish it from the Chief's hut.
- Converted some of the statics on the shelves in the Chief's and Wise Woman's huts into safe storage containers
- New AI Package for Rulrza. Three times a week she will now go into the woods early in the morning to hunt. She will return with furs and animal parts. This is the same packaged used for the NPC hunting assignment.
- Rulrza's Patrol package now takes her outside the stockade and down the path. She's a ranger so it makes sense that she scouts further into the woods.
- Chroncile of Vosh Krazak book now works as it should.
- Revised toggle mechanism for switching between the two versions of the lore notes. I hope this puts an end to the problem of people sometimes getting the wrong versions.
- Added missing liquid to the Wise-Woman's cauldron.
- Added a lore letter from Slob's mother to slob's corpse.
- More idle markers and invisible chairs so NPCs can sit on beds or lean on trees or posts.

- . Fixed an issue with infighting between Slob's Marauders and the Vanilla bandits. They are now properly allied
