those magicians should not own alone the master perk frenzy. Thieves, Vampirs and Mur...... ehm Members of the Dark Brotherhood can make better use of this. So I "borrowed" this Perk and attached it to a bow, Frenzy. Sorry magicians, This bow should outlevel your spell :)
