Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw
"One of Valenwood's legendary heroes is Oreyn Bearclaw. Son of King Faume Toad-Eye, he was a respected clan hunter and a future leader. Wood Elven legend claims Oreyn single handedly defeated Glenhwyfaunva, the witch-serpent of the Elven wood, forever bringing peace to his clan. Oreyn would go on to accomplish numerous other deeds, eventually losing his life to the Knahaten Flu. His Helm stood as a monument of his stature for future generations to remember. The Helm was lost eventually, as the Clan split, and is now a treasured artifact for adventurers. The Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw is rumored to improve the wearer's agility and endurance."

This is a Skyrim Special Edition conversion and update of PrivateEye's Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw - A Morrowind Artifact. All of the original work is PrivateEye's, so credit and kudos should be given accordingly. I did convert the assets for use in SSE, as well as make a few minor adjustments, including rewriting some of the in-game notes, before repackaging the archive and marking the plugin as an ESL. Beyond that I did modify the helm's enchantment to be more in line with the lore. When the helm is worn Stamina is fortified by 50 points and regenerates 25% faster, and incoming attacks are 15% less likely to stagger.
The best way to find the helm is to follow the breadcrumb trail of letters recently delivered to Revyn Sadri in Sadri's Used Wares located in the Grey Quarter of Windhelm. If reading a short letter is totally cramping your style then the helm can be found located ...
From the Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages (UESP): The Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw, also known as the Helm of Kharag gro-Khar, is a prized artifact with a history of conflicted attribution. The helm itself is an enchanted skull, which is said to improve the wearer's agility and endurance.
Those that claim it is a Bosmeri artifact know it by the former name, and attribute it to the legendary Dunmer hunter of Valenwood, Oreyn Bearclaw. Legends claim that Bearclaw singlehandedly killed Glenhwyfaunva, the witch-serpent of Elven wood, and thus brought peace to his clan. He would bring the helm and his name further reverence by performing many more great deeds, until he lost his life to the Knahaten Flu. After Bearclaw's demise, his helm stood as a monument of his stature, although it was eventually lost after his clan split.
Those that call the helm by its latter name believe that Oreyn was falsely credited, and that the feats were actually performed by his Orc friend, Kharag gro-Khar, hero of the Shatul Clan. Thus they consider it an Orcish artifact, and the relic has been claimed by Malacath himself. Those that believe the former story however, state that Kharag stole both Oreyn's helm and reputation, and thus both camps have tried to claim it.
