Batch file, drag the two files into your skyrim directory not your skyrim data, its manual install only.
open the console in game and type bat c and you will be given every spell in the game every shout in the game, all perks, all stats maxed out, 50 million magic and stamina, 500 health, 100 million gold, and much more, it does not make you immortal.
Needless to say this is WAY beyond cheating
INSTRUCTIONS:
unzip the file using win-zip or 7zip, the file contains two items a .bat and a .txt, the bat is named c.bat the txt is named c.txt drag both of these files into your skyrim directory, usually located here (C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim). than when in game press the (~) key and type in (bat c) and press enter. thats it.
