Merlinor, an Altmer monk of the Psijic Order, achieved something never heard of before in the world of magic: the creation of an artifact that allows its wearer to use the Magicka from the environment to cast spells instead of his own. An infinite supply of Magicka is something that every mage in the world would kill to obtain...

This mod adds a ring that removes the Magicka cost of all spells, essentially turning you into the most powerful mage in Skyrim. But I didn't want to make an OP item just for the fun of it, so I made a backstory for the ring, and a reasonable explanation on how the enchantment works. This is a cheat mod, but at least it has a good reason to be overpowered!
The journal and the ring can be found inside the Farm Overseer's house in Blackreach.
If you don't care about the ring's lore and just want to use it, type "player.additem xx000d62 1" into the command console to add it to your inventory, with "xx" being the mod's position in your load order. You can also obtain it with the AddItemMenu mod.
The mod has no requirements and is flagged as an ESL, so it doesn't count towards your plugin limit. Just install and enjoy!
