Several modified dresses and outfits using BodySlide and Outfit Studio to make the female Player pregnant. Belly size works using console commands to change player weight.

LE version here

BODIES ARE BUILT FOR CBBE, so ONLY CBBE TEXTURES look right.

A wardrobe has been added to Solitude Radiant Raiment with all the maternity clothes.
You can also search in console "maternity" and add them.
Note: Don't add the "twins" models, the meshes were removed on purpose, and they're removed from the Wardrobe, but the ID's were left in case I ever wanted to add them back.

Outfits are vanilla clothes modified with BodySlide and Outfit Studio and depend on Player weight to work. Body is based on CBBE Slim with a few personal tweaks. These use default textures so any texture replacers will work. I have included some new original textures on new dresses.
cc "Player.setnpcweight 0" --> Not pregnant
Set to any increasing number to get bigger.
Set to weight 100 --> full term pregnant

Clothing Included:
- All Farm Clothes outfits (Blue 04 is texture-modified, no corset)
- All Robe outfits
- Tribal (Forsworn)
- Blacksmith outfits
- Wench (new texture, like a cocktail or "little black dress")
- Some new dresses based on Merchant Clothes model
- Underwear (Nevernude body)

The vanilla robe outfit meshes are very "pointy" and low-poly, and I searched really hard for a high-poly version! Then I figured out how to add vertices in a newer version of Outfit Studio, so robes and the wedding outfit have smoother bellies.
Not all the new dresses are entirely "lore-friendly." Purists, use discretion or move on please.

This mod doesn't contain any scripts or any way to "advance pregnancy" other than console commands; it's more for aesthetics and screenshots. Work into your RP however you like.
Many months ago I did try to make a script based on the vanilla one that advances Player through stages of vampirism, but there is no easy way to dynamically change Player weight through scripting. Gopher came up with one for his "Pumping Iron," a muscle building mod, and shared it with me, but it turned out to be far too complicated for my novice-scripting brain :(
So. This mod is only meshes and textures. Any normal-working clothing texture replacer will work for the vanilla modified ones. The new ones use my new textures.

There is an optional esp that gives some NPCs a pregnant belly, because they actually are according to game. They still have their same weight, so any FaceGen appearance mods should still work.
     - Seren, the blacksmith's wife, Dawnstar
     - Dinya Balu, Dunmer priestess in Temple of Mara, Riften
     - Olfina, because I thought it fit, like her boyfriend Jon Battle-born knocked her up ;)

Once there was even an awkward scene between her and Ysolda that randomly played in the market. I wish I had recorded it... To paraphrase:
Ysolda: Are you going to continue working at the Bannered Mare?
Olfina: Why not? Because I'm a woman? I'm not afraid to work hard. (She was pregnant.)
Ysolda: No, I didn't mean... Oh, never mind.
(Oh my goodness, the awkwardness... and the hilarity!)

Pictured mods in screenshots:
- Lind's Robes
- Mihail's Peacocks
