Thieves Caches in the vanilla game are located only in the 5 largest cities of Skyrim. With my mod, I decided to add them to small towns (Falkreath, Dawnstar, Morthal, Winterhold) and to some villages and other locations. Many Thieves Caches are not easy to find!
The plugin is flagged as esl and will help you avoid the 255 mods limit.
