People are Strangers is neat. Problem is, it can be a bit troublesome when looting or pickpocketing because some of the perk entry points are just a bit too generalized. So I added a bunch more to distinguish between each race's ability to....be alive or not. And your ability to sneak or not. And...well, whatever, it just works.
For some reason, does not seem to work with Companions. Eh, what are you gonna do.
