Adds 82 longer than default nails for players and followers to equip

INTRO
82 types of nails will be added, equipped at ring slot.
1st person view mode support.
Purely for visual enjoyment.
Nails are enchantable and do not take up glove slot.
There were no permission free nails mod available to use for my follower mod, so this was made.
This mod is permission free usage for follower mods.
Read permission section for detail.
Current version only supports CBBE base body and non Argonian/Khajiit race.
Report issues or make some requests if needed.

- AddItemMenu (for acquiring nails in game)
