My screenshots are usually the result of experimenting with texture combos, so I don't always remember which ones I particularly used. Quaint Skin is pretty similar to the blend in the screenshots which I think was comprised of Unslaad and Diamond Skin. The males are using Vitruvia for SAM Lite I believe. The lighting is Visibility and the Reshade preset that is on the Visibility mod page.
I've found the most important part of making the faces look someone realistic is having a specular texture that highlights facial features without making them look plastic like or too dry. WSCO Occidental is what is used in the screenshots for the females. Dizona is used for the male faces.
Hopefully, this post helped you out and be careful when mixing and matching textures as hand and neck seam can easily become a problem.
I like this light weight approach, pairs up well with other mods that change stats/abilities. Is it possible for a version that changes skill bonuses to skill % xp rate increases?
I'm not skilled in scripting and I don't know if your request is possible through simple X-Edit tweaks. Let me research how other race mods accomplish xp rate increases and I'll get back to you.

Finally, the other races lore-friendlily tower over my little bosmer, without any skeleton changes! And thank you for the CGO patch, to quote Todd "it just works"
