Make the Stormcloak army a little more diverse.

Diverse Stormcloak Soldiers
This mod has three versions!

Version 1: No elves or beast races.
This version adds Redguards, Bretons, and imperials into the Stormcloak army.

Version 2: All races except High elves
This version adds all races except high elves.

Version 3: All races
This version adds all races
<br />All of the soldiers use nord dialouge. That makes a funny side effect that a highelf will charge into battle yelling skyrim is for the nords.
