Added missing dawnguard bloody meadbarrels

Added missing furniture meadbarrel mesh
Replaces the mesh and diffuse texture of the meadbarrel and spigot. Texture resolution is 2048x2048. Meshes and textures are not optimized for SE but will work without issues.
Does not affect any other objects that use the meadbarrel texture (like the oilbarrel). No plans to make that happen.
The new mesh/texture work with the vanilla texture/mesh and vice versa in case you don't like a specific part.
